My dad got his tracheotomy procedure today. He looks better, without all the tubes in his mouth. More progress today; Speaking in a loud, almost yelling voice, the doctor asked him to wiggle his toes, which he struggled to do, and was able to, but barely. He is still unable to move his hands. I saw my dad pick his head up for a second, which my mom and I cheered when he did. He is also able to sleep now on his own, a good sign, because his eyes were open for those 4 days and nights. They are constantly watching his blood pressure that it does not drop too low. Thank you for continuing to pray for him.
